WSU Extension in Grays Harbor County is currently updating the 2016 Farm Fresh Guide for Grays Harbor County.  The guide lists local farms which sell products they produce directly to the consumer.  According to Dan Teuteberg, WSU Extension County Director, the guide continues to grow in popularity with over 2500 copies distributed last year.  The farm guide is published annually in collaboration with Grays Harbor Tourism and Greater Grays Harbor Inc.

The guide is updated at this time each year. For further information on how to get listed in the 2016 guide, please call the WSU Extension office at 360-482-2934 or Candie Gleason, Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. at 360-532-7888 no later than February 20, 2015

Last year thirty individual farms were listed in the guide selling an enormous diversity of locally produced products ranging from strawberries to buffalo meat.  “You can’t get it any fresher than when you buy it on the farm in which it was produced” added Teuteberg.
