A 4-car collision sent 2 to the hospital, and blocked traffic on U.S. Highway 12 for almost 2 hours Thursday. The Washington State Patrol reports an Eastbound Toyota Pickup, driven by a 68 year old Montesano man, struck debris on U.S.Highway 12 near the Wynoochee River Bridge just before 2 Thursday afternoon. The driver lost control and crossed into oncoming traffic where he collided with a Honda Civic, driven by a 30 year old Redmond woman.
Trooper Blake reports the Civic then crossed into oncoming traffic where it collided with a Toyota Tundra, which was then rear ended by a Chevy Truck. A 67 year old Tacoma man in the Tundra, and a 70 year old Montesano man in the Chevy were both uninjured. The drivers of the other two vehicles were transported to Community Hospital in Aberdeen with undisclosed injuries.
