A woman was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street near Aberdeen city hall last night, she was later airlifted to a Seattle hospital.

Aberdeen Police Officer Gary Sexton said it was reported at 7:29 PM Tuesday night. A vehicle driven by a 64-year-old woman was traveling West on Market street when they struck a 29-year-old female pedestrian who was crossing Market near I street. Police are investigating the vehicle vs. pedestrian collision and no charges have been filed.

The woman was transported to Grays Harbor Community Hospital and later transported to a Seattle hospital with what was believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
