An Ocean Shores woman was injured when her van rolled alongside State Route 109 North of Hoquiam yesterday morning. The Washington State Patrol reports the 48-year-old was driving a 2003 Dodge Caravan South on SR109 towards Hoquiam when the van lost traction and left the road to the right then rolled.

The wreck was reported at 11:10 am Monday morning. Snow had started falling around 7:30 am that day and was coming down steadily throughout the morning.

Trooper Blake reported the woman was speeding, too fast for conditions. The report said that she was wearing a seatbelt and that drugs or alcohol did not appear to be a factor in the wreck.

The driver was transported to Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen with undisclosed injuries.
