A Taholah woman faces DUI and Hit and Run charges after her truck left the road and rolled alongside State Route 109 North of Ocean Shores early Saturday morning.
The Washington State Patrol reports the woman was driving a 2006 Dodge Ram pickup North on 109. She failed to negotiate the curve near the Moclips grocery and left the road to the Right, the truck then went down an embankment and rolled, coming to rest on its top.
The woman reportedly left the scene and went home where she was found and transported to Community Hospital in Aberdeen with undisclosed injuries. The State Patrol report said drugs or alcohol were a factor in the wreck, and cited the woman for DUI and Hit and Run.
