Preliminary numbers show all Grays Harbor levies passing in the February special election.
County Elections Administrator Chris Thomas reports 28% voter turnout so far, with another ballot count planned for tomorrow.
The special election includes 12 School Districts seeking replacement Maintenance and operation levies. Lake quinault is also passing a proposition to dissolve the five-member school board and redistrict into one with 4 members.
Fire District #4 in the Quinault, Amanda Park, and Neilton area is passing an EMS levy with over 75% yes votes.
Fire District #7 covering the Copalis Beach, and Ocean City areas is passing an EMS levy with over 70% and an Ambulance Service levy with over 60% yes votes.
Thomas said that 33,256 ballots were mailed out to registered voters in those districts. The election night count showed 9,311 have been returned. The election will be certified on February 23, 2018.
