Police served a search warrant on an Aberdeen home that has seen several complaints of drug activity and arrested a couple of residents on drug-related charges. Lt. Dale Green said in a press release that at 11:35 AM on 12/27/19 the Grays Harbor County Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Aberdeen Police Department, Hoquiam Police Department, Cosmopolis Police Department & Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a reported drug/nuisance house in the 300 block of North D Street, Aberdeen.

Three people were arrested on outstanding warrants. The two primary tenants, males aged 46 & 48, will be facing charges for allowing a building to be used to sell illegal drugs.

The owners of the property have been contacted and are working with law enforcement to ensure this type of unlawful activity is eliminated from the location and eventually rent it out to new tenants in the future to help improve the neighborhood and city.
