Ocean Shores police arrested a suspected methamphetamine dealer yesterday. Police Chief Mike Styner said in a press release that on August 4, 2016, Ocean Shores PD Officers Potter and Vierra, following up on a tip, contacted a woman staying in an Ocean Shores motel.
After interviewing the woman, the Officers obtained a search warrant for the motel room. They located and seized nearly two ounces of high-quality methamphetamine and over $800 in cash, along with records indicating that she was involved in the sales of controlled substances.
The 39-year old Kennewick woman was booked into the County Jail for investigation of possession of controlled substances with the intent to deliver. The County Prosecutor’s office will review the case and determine what charges may be filed against her.
