A fully engulfed motorhome fire was quickly dowsed by crews from Fire District 17 early this morning, no injuries were reported. Deputy Barbo with the Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office tells us that they responded along with fire crews at 3:24 this morning to the 1900 block of Kirkpatrick Road in Humptulips to the report of a motor home on fire.

A resident told Barbo that the occupants of the motorhome had left to go to town, and may have left a heat source on, but that had not been confirmed with fire investigators.

Crews were on scene for about 2 hours making sure the flames were knocked down, the cause of the blaze has not been determined.
