Effective January 1st, 2020 Grays Harbor Community Hospital (GHCH) and Harbor Medical Group (HMG) began serving patients covered by Molina Health’s Managed Medicaid plan. GHCH and HMG will continue serving community members covered by Amerigroup Washington Managed Medicaid plan.

A press release from Director of Marketing and Public Relations, Chris Majors, said “We appreciate the relationship we have had with Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) however as of December 31st, 2019, they will no longer provide coverage in our District. Due to their departure Grays Harbor Community Hospital and Harbor Medical Group will only accept Managed Medicaid coverage from Amerigroup and Molina.”

We would like to ensure that none of our patients experience a disruption in their healthcare. Patients will be presented options to enroll with Amerigroup or Molina.

If patients arrive with CHPW we are prepared to help facilitate their enrollment with one of our preferred partners, Amerigroup or Molina. There are several options for anyone who has not transitioned to Molina or Amerigroup:

a. You will need their Social Security Number or Provider One number, date of birth and zip code on file with the Health Care Authority.

b. Select the change enrollment option.

Regardless of coverage, we will provide emergency care to anyone who needs it. We ask anyone who needs emergency care to come to the Grays Harbor Community Hospital Emergency Department.
