The Stafford Creek Corrections Center will be conducting a joint exercise with the Aberdeen fire and police departments next week. A press release from the facility said the exercise will test the facility’s critical incident command system and is designed to integrate first responders and work as a unified command to resolve a presented scenario.

While we may see more first-responder vehicles on the Westport Highway during exercises this coming Wednesday, October 25th, Information Officer Salina Brown said the community will not be impacted by the exercise.
