A truck crossing the centerline of US Route 101 just north of the Ocean Beach Road caused a three vehicle-wreck Monday evening. The Washington State Patrol reports a 2006 Dodge Ram truck was Southbound on 101 at 4:30 PM Monday when it crossed the centerline and struck an oncoming 2019 Peterbilt log truck in the Northbound lane. A 2019 Ford F150 truck behind the log truck swerved into the Northbound ditch to avoid the wreck.

The driver of the Dodge, a 28-year-old Humptulips man, was transported to Community Hospital in Aberdeen with undisclosed injuries. The driver of the semi, a 64-year-old Humptulips man, and the driver of the Ford, a 42-year-old Hoquiam man, were not injured.

Investigators partially blocked the road through the area for about 5 hours last night.
