A total of fourteen people were arrested this morning at the Travelure Motel in Aberdeen. Undersheriff David Pimentel with the Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Department said that at about 6:30 Wednesday morning the Drug Task Force, Aberdeen Police Department, Hoquiam Police Department, the Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Department, Montesano Police Department, Cosmopolis Police Department, Department of Corrections, and the CRU team executed 3 search warrants at the Travelure Motel in Aberdeen.
This detail stemmed from a several week investigation conducted by the Drug Task Force into narcotics-related offenses occurring at the motel. As a result of the warrants, 3 Aberdeen men were arrested on drug-related charges. Eleven more subjects were arrested on outstanding local warrants and booked into the Aberdeen, Hoquiam, and the Grays Harbor County Jails. This is another good piece of police work orchestrated by the DTF with assistance from several local agencies.
