The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a Flood Warning for the Willapa River near Willapa affecting Pacific County, and the Grays River near Rosburg affecting Wahkiakum County. The rivers are expected to rise above flood stage around 8:00 a.m. and crest around 10:00 a.m. at 22.4 feet. Flood stage for the Willapa River near Willapa is 21 feet. Minor flooding is forecast.

Above 22 feet expect several low lying roads to be flooded with swiftly moving water. Flooding is also possible on US Highway 101 in Raymond depending on the level of the tide.
