Two teenagers were injured over the weekend after a passenger apparently grabbed the steering wheel and sent their car into a tree off of State Route 12 just East of Montesano.

The Washington State Patrol reports four teens were transported from the scene total, two as a precaution, just before 10:30 Saturday morning. Three of the teens were transported to Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, the fourth to Grays Harbor Community in Aberdeen. They were all wearing their seatbelts and no drugs or alcohol were suspected. A cause, and any charges stemming from the accident remain under investigation.
