RCA RecordsJustin Timberlake was the top winner Wednesday night at the 40th Annual People’s Choice Awards, held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.
Justin was named favorite male artist and favorite R&B artist. He also won the prize for favorite album, for The 20/20 Experience.
As he accepted one of his awards, Justin jokingly thanked Ellen DeGeneres for her inspiration and her baked cookies. He then thanked his wife, Jessica Biel, “for teaching me patience and the little things, like just putting the dishes in the dishwasher. It goes a long way. Fellas, you’re welcome.”

Forbes magazine is out with a list of the “Top Ten Most Expensive 2013 Concert Tours at the Ticket Booth,” which looks at ticket prices on the so-called “secondary market,” and it turns out seeing music’s hottest acts this past year cost a small fortune.
Arista NashvilleBrad Paisley has been a fan favorite for years now, so it’s no surprise he’s been tapped to perform on the People’s Choice Awards next week. The show broadcasts live from Los Angeles on CBS Wednesday, January 8 at 9 p.m. ET.
Drew Barrymore, Robert Downey, Jr., Melissa McCarthy, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake are scheduled to attend the show. Sara Bareilles and OneRepublic are among the previously-announced performers.
