The Washington State Patrol report said a 45-year-old Puyallup woman was driving a 1999 Suzuki Vitara North on 105 when her vehicle crossed the centerline near milepost 35 and struck a Ford Explorer, which was then struck by the truck behind it, a Ford F250 pickup.

A 72-year-old Westport man in the Explorer, and a 26-year-old Aberdeen man in the pickup were not injured. The Puyallup woman was transported to Community Hospital in Aberdeen with undisclosed injuries and may face DUI charges.
