Fire Under Chehalis River Bridge Investigated

ABERDEEN, Wash. - Fire crews doused 30 foot flames under the Chehalis River bridge last night after several transients stacked driftwood near the main support tressel for the State street offramp. Battallion Chief Tom Hubbard tells us heavy black smoke was reported under the North end of the bridge around 8:30 last night. No injuries were reported, Aberdeen Police questioned three men that were seen leaving the area, the investigation continues.
