Smoking Bingo Balls Slow VFW Marathon Bingo

HOQUIAM, Wash. - Acrid smoke was the only damage at the Hoquiam VFW after bingo balls were washed in the post's commercial-grade dishwasher over the weekend.
The Hoquiam Fire Department tells us the marathon bingo hardly skipped a beat Sunday as a single engine responded and evacuated smoke from the building around noon, no damages or injuries were reported.
Hoquiam VFW's marathon Bingo starts at 11 on Sundays and Tuesdays apparently even if the balls are smoking.
