GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY, Wash. - Several arrests were made yesterday in Grays Harbor County, after DEA and Border Patrol agents served multiple search warrants in the North and West ends. KBKW sources tell us the target of yesterday's operations appeared to be marijuana grow and distribution sources in Western Washington.
The woman featured in yesterday's story had a new front door by 5 last night, and thanked the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Department along with DEA for their quick action addressing her security concerns. Agents broke through the front door of her home around 7:30 yesterday morning. "They said they had a search warrant for the entire property, and that they have to check every out building to confirm that nobody's in there."
The Grays Harbor woman said the search warrant had a different address than her home, where she lives with her two year old daughter, and mother.
DEA spokesperson Jodie Underwood tells KBKW more information on yesterday's operation is expected to be released later this morning.
