Hoquiam, WA - A Hoquiam man now faces a class B felony for what Hoquiam Municipal Court Judge William Stewart construed as intimidating a judge. Hoquiam Police Seargent Jeff Salstrom tells us the 60 year old was booked into Grays Harbor County Jail on the charges after he made a comment to the judge about the court "going up in smoke" yesterday.
Salstrom said the man had a standard poodle in the courtroom that he claimed was a service dog, when the judge began questioning him about the dog, the man became confrontational.
The Hoquiam resident has a history of court appearances in city and county courts throughout Western Washington.
