Moclips, WA - A 23 year old Aberdeen man is in custody, stemming from the investigation into the death of Richard Luce, a 51 year old Moclips resident.

Grays Harbor County Undersheriff Rick Scott tells KBKW the suspect was booked into jail this afternoon for felony assault, pending autopsy results and post mortem examination of the man found earlier this morning on Highway 109.
