Aberdeen Man Shoots Girlfriend

Aberdeen, WA - A 19 year old Hoquiam woman was treated at Community Hospital for a gun shot wound after her boyfriend accidentally shot her last night. Aberdeen Police Captain John Green tells us a 20 year old Aberdeen man was using a 9mm handgun to empty a magazine of live rounds when the gun went off, hitting the woman in the upper right arm. Green said possible charges are pending further investigation, no other injuries were reported.
