Hoquiam, WA - A Supplemental Budget Ordinance in Hoquiam yesterday makes a 10% cut in the city's biannual budget "And that's the budget reduction of about $490-thousand almost entirely for the Grays Harbor Paper closure." City Finance Director Mike Folkers said the budget includes an inter fund loan to the city's ambulance fund "to cover the shortfall that they had in 2011, and make them whole in 2012." Also in the ordinance was the conversion of the city's biosolids removal project loan into a conventional USDA loan.
