Montesano Garbage Rates Are Going Up

Montesano, WA - Garbage rates are on the rise in Montesano, Lemay Enterprises representative Delroy Cox explained to the city council this week "Your rates would increase from $16.42 to $16.84, that's the most standard [service] the once a month rate would be a $.26 increase."
City Attorney Dan Glenn added the council would need to take action on the proposed rate increase next meeting, in order to meet deadlines in raising the rates by January of 2012.
