Former Softball Coach Arrested on Sexual Misconduct Charges Involving a Minor

Pe Ell, WA - A former softball coach was arrested earlier this week on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, the Lewis County Sheriff's Department tells us Todd Dale Phelps allegedly had sexual contact with a 16 year old player on the Pe Ell High School Softball team outside of practice in April of this year. The second incident, in July, reportedly involved intercourse, Investigators said Phelps was not employed as a softball coach at the time of the July incident.
