Specialized Forest Products Law Passed

Tuesday, the Governor signed SHB 1038 which is a substantial re-write of the specialized forest products law RCW 76.48.  The law was re-written by a diverse work group representing law enforcement, landowners and industry players.  Lt. Matt Stowers of the Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office represented the Washington State Sheriff's Association in the work group.
