Aberdeen Council Clarifies Public Property Laws

Aberdeen, WA - City Council in Aberdeen is closer to a clear law regarding camping on public property, City Attorney Eric Nelson explained at this week's council meeting "This is a general prohibition, it's a general guide that says that public property cannot be used without the city's permission for these things." Final passage of bill 11-06 will be at the council's next meeting, October 26th.
