Aberdeen Adopts Reports on Public Camping

Aberdeen, WA - The Aberdeen City Council last week reaffirmed their stance on public property campers. Councilman Frank Gordon said the adopted report seeks an ordinance to clarify existing laws "It's a control mechanism, we're not going to go out and start hunting people down that camp along the river for a day or two."
The ordinance, if adopted, would consolidate several codes and implied codes into a more easily enforceable law.
