Car Seats Save Two Toddlers From Head On Collision

Oakville, WA - Car seats saved two toddlers from a head on collision on Highway 12 last night when a 2006 Chrysler Sebring struck the guardrail 2 miles north of Oakville and crossed the center line colliding with an Eastbound 1997 Dodge Caravan around 11. The State Patrol reports a 59 year old Rochester man, and a 46 year old Elma woman were transported to Providence hospital, a 2 year old and 1 year old passenger in the Caravan were uninjured. The cause of the accident and any pending charges remain under investigation.
