Ocean Shores Elementary Teacher Heads Out to Sea

OCEAN SHORES, Wash. - An Ocean Shores teacher is heading out to sea to study marine ecosystems in the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary. Third and Fourth grade teacher Karen Rasmussen is one of only 33 teachers nationwide that will get the chance to work with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration scientists for 10 days total as part of NOAA's Teacher's at Sea Program.
