Department of Health Disciplines In Home Care Provider

OLYMPIA, Wash. - The State's Nursing Assistant Program has charged an in home care provider in Grays Harbor with unprofessional conduct. The Department of Health alleges that registered and certified nursing assistant Kaci Lynn Comstock took over $7,000 in bank checks from a patient, forged a signature, and deposited the checks into her personal bank account. The Health Department said in 2011 Stockwell was convicted of theft.
