Retired Dentists Asked to Surrender Credentials

Aberdeen, Wa - Retired Dentist Jon Pitts was ordered by the Dental Quality Assurance Commission to surrender his credentials. The Commission said Pitts provided substandard care to a patient, then retired without notifying her. Pitts reportedly also failed to record and maintain an adequate treatment chart for this patient.
