Budget Cuts Could Affect Grays Harbor College Employees

Layoff's could soon be coming to Grays Harbor College President Ed Brewster tells us based on the Governor's budget and preliminary house budget, the college is bracing for another 13% reduction in state funding, which amounts to about 1.3 million dollars, and would add to the 1.8 million dollar hit to funding that the college has already absorbed through attrition. Those affected could be 5 administrative members, and 4 classified employees.
