Pipe "Bong" Found in Aberdeen

Aberdeen, WA - A possible improvised explosive device was found in Aberdeen yesterday afternoon, Aberdeen Police were called to the 1900 block of sumner just after 2:30 to the report of a possible pipe bomb. The Washington State Patrol Bomb Squad was dispatched and X-rayed the item, further determining the improvised explosive device as possibly dangerous. After the device was later dismantled by bomb technicians, it was determined to be an item of drug paraphenalia disgused as an explosive device.
