ELMA, Wash. - At 12:20pm Monday a robbery occurred at Our Community Credit Union located at 306 S 7^th Street in Elma.    A middle aged man entered the credit union and showed the teller a note demanding money.   He gave the teller a bag in which to put the money. The man took the money and left the credit union. 

Through examination of the video surveillance recordings from which the attached picture was taken, we identified the suspect as 49 year old Rufus Phelps Jr, of Elma. 

An attempt to locate has been broadcast throughout the region. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr Phelps is encouraged to call the Grays Harbor Dispatch Center at 360 533 8765 or 800 281 6944 or the Elma Police Department at 360 482 3131.
