Tumwater, WA – The Longview office of the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) is relocating to a state-owned office building at 711 Vine St. in Kelso.

The office will be closed Friday, Sept. 25, and will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, in the Kelso location. The one-day closure will allow for the transfer and reconfiguration of computer and other technical equipment. Office hours and telephone numbers will remain the same.

L&I is moving because of a state goal to use space in state-owned buildings wherever possible. With the expiration of the Longview office lease, L&I was able to move to a space in Kelso previously occupied by WorkSource.
