The L.V. Raymond Foundation recently completed its annual community grant distribution. The students of the Raymond School District were among the beneficiaries of their generosity, with $47,000 being distributed among various teachers and programs.

Each year the foundation invites grant applications from the District staff. In addition they make some awards automatically to some key programs: music ($1,000), SADD ($1,000), elementary library ($1,000) and the athletic program ($2,000).
