Statewide Public Fireworks Displays

A great way to enjoy fireworks is to attend a public display produced by trained professionals.  In Washington State, Independence Day fireworks displays are spectacular productions illuminated with vibrant colors.  Some are fired from barges on Washington's waterways.  Many fireworks shows are accompanied by patriotic soundtracks which are carried live by local radio stations.  Public fireworks displays that are televised include:

Freedom Fair and Fireworks Extravaganza - Televised KOMO-4, Seattle

 There are over 120 professional displays on July 4th in Washington State, and many other Independence Day activities. The Office of the State Fire Marshal is a Bureau of the Washington State Patrol, providing fire and life safety services to the citizens of Washington State including inspections of state licensed facilities, plan review of school construction projects, licensing of fire sprinkler contractors and pyrotechnic operators, training Washington State's firefighters, and collecting emergency response data.
