OLYMPIA, Wash. - The State Liquor Control Board has extended the deadline to submit public comments for the "Producer License." portion of Initiative 502 that legalizes the sale and use of marijuana in Washington. The board plans to release a draft version of the rules and regulations defining how a producer licensee must legally operate in mid April.
