Aberdeen Police Arrest Man Demanding to See Inmate

ABERDEEN, Wash. - Police in Aberdeen arrested a man in their own parking lot this week, after he was found hitting his horn repeatedly, and demanding to see an inmate in the jail. Police Captain John Green said the 26 year old Cosmopolis man told officers that he was there on "official government business" and warned officers that he was armed with a knife. Green said the man was arrested for Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer.
While being processed in the Aberdeen jail, the suspect slipped out of his restraints and was taserred, after the Fire Department removed the taser darts Green said the suspect was booked without further incident.
