This safety improvement project provides new centerline rumble strips, upgraded guardrail, new signs and new roadway striping on a portion of SR 3 south of Shelton.
DAYS: Monday - Friday
TIME: 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
DESCRIPTION: Guardrail removal and replacement. Roadway striping.
LOCATION: Both directions of SR 3, from US 101 to Mill Creek Bridge near Shelton, mileposts 0.00 to 0.97.
EXPECT: One-way, alternating traffic.

This project replaces the existing timber-trestle bridge with a concrete structure that offers wider lanes and shoulders, and increases safety for motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians.
DAYS: Monday - Friday
TIME: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
DESCRIPTION: Barrier work and striping of temporary pavement markings.
LOCATION: Both directions of US 101, at the Purdy Creek Bridge, milepost 339.3.
EXPECT: One-way, alternating traffic Monday through Thursday. No traffic impacts Friday.

MAINTENANCE

US 101, Hamma Hamma River Bridge, Eldon

DESCRIPTION: Tree trimming.
LOCATION: Both directions of US 101, near the Hamma Hamma River Bridge, mileposts 320 to 321.
EXPECT: Flagger-controlled one-way, alternating traffic.

SR 108, SR 8/McCleary to US 101

DESCRIPTION: Roadway turnout maintenance.
LOCATION: Both directions of SR 108, from SR 8 to US 101, mileposts 0 to 12.
EXPECT: Flagger-controlled one-way, alternating traffic.
