The Grays Harbor County Commisioners had an optimistic Monday-outlook on the thirteen corners project, a shovel-ready project that had recently come under scrutiny due to the fact that one of the 11 parcels purchased for the widening of the road, were purchased from a county employee. Russ Esses owned a peice of property that as Comissioner Mike Wilson explained, in the attached audio.
This News is a service of:  Wilson said that the purchasing of the property was handled by an independant party, and that Eses received the same amount that was offered to the other property owners.
The State funds have not yet been reappropriated to other projects, which Wilson says is a good sign that the project still has hope.
