Nemah, WA - The Pacific County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday morning found the 23 year old hunter who went missing from the the Middle Nemah off of Highway 101.
Lt. Bergstrom with the Sheriff's Office tells us the Bellevue man works on a fishing vessel, and was not familiar with the area. He was dropped off to hunt, and was reported missing after he did not meet his party at 4 Monday afternoon. Bergstrom said the man has been located alive and well.
On 10/16/2012 at 0930 hours friends located the subject approximately 8 miles from his intended pickup location. He had gotten turned around and upon nightfall prepared a small shelter and spent the night in the woods. He attempted to walk out the following morning when he was located.
