Ocean Park Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure

Ocean Park, WA. – Monday afternoon the Pacific County Communications Center received a complaint regarding a male subject exposing himself to store patrons in the parking lot of Jack’s Country Store. Information given to deputies indicated that the man had exposed himself to an adult female and her young granddaughter. Pacific County deputies responded to the scene. While enroute to the scene, they received information that the male subject had left the parking lot of Jack’s Country Store in a truck and drove to the parking lot of Okie’s Sentry Market, not far away.

The same adult female and her granddaughter had also went to Okie’s Sentry Market to finish their shopping, not knowing that the suspect had also gone there. Upon their arrival, they observed the suspect again in the parking lot with the door to his truck open. The adult female alerted one of the store employees who went to confront the suspect.

The store employee observed that the suspect was not wearing any clothing from the waist down. The suspect left Okie’s Sentry parking lot prior to deputies arriving. Information gathered at both scenes led deputies to the suspect’s residence. Deputies questioned the suspect and identified him as Frayne G. Gaylord, age 56, of Ocean Park. Deputies placed Gaylord under arrest for Indecent Exposure and booked him into the Pacific County Jail.

The Pacific County Sheriff’s Office had received prior complaints in the Seaview area of a male subject exposing himself to people. The age and physical description of the Seaview area subject doesn’t match the subject arrested in Ocean Park. The Sheriff’s Office believes that they are two separate individuals.
