Planning Commission Hosts Workshop on Downtown Aberdeen

Aberdeen, WA - The Planning Commission is holding a public workshop Thursday to fine tune planned revisions to Chapter 8 of the city's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, which address downtown and waterfront development in Aberdeen.
Mayor Bill Simpson attended the first of these meetings earlier this summer, and invited everyone to give opinions, good or bad "We want to have input from people on the waterfront, it's a group effort on everybody's part. We want to hear from people, the positives and the negatives both.
The aim of this week's meeting is to address downtown development, it will begin at 6:30, Thursday on the third floor of City Hall.
