Man Threatens Dog-Walker With Bow and Arrow

Aberdeen, WA - A 54 year old man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly pointed a bow and arrow at another man walking his dog and yelled "Indians will rule the white man" from an apartment window on Curtis street in Aberdeen.
Police Captain John Green tells us the Native American refused to speak with officers Sunday night, and was attempting to get onto the roof of his apartment complex when officers came through the front door and arrested him on two counts of Assault in the 4th degree, and drug paraphernalia charges.
