Montesano, WA - The race for Grays Harbor County Commissioner District 2 looks likely to be between Frank Gordon and Allan Shores in the upcoming General election.

With tonight's preliminary numbers from the Grays Harbor County Auditor's Office showing a %31 voter turnout, and 1500 ballots left to count.

The District 1 race for Commissioner looks to be a tight practice run, with encumbent Terry Willis trailing republican challenger Wem Cormier by 99 votes.

Arie Callaghan holds a strong lead for the PUD Commissioners seat of District 1, while Chris Thoman holds a young lead over Jeff Nichols.

The Ocean Shores Levy is passing with a thin lead in 2 of 3 wards, and Westport has easily approved it's regular property tax request.

All fire district levee requests appear to be passing except for Fire District 5's attempt to set a 6 year levee.

The Auditor's office expects to have another count available on their website by 5 Thursday evening, we'll have complete coverage tomorrow morning right here.
