Montesano, WA - The Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Department searched Montesano yesterday for 31 year old Jessie James Eichelberger of Oakville after he fled the Grays Harbor County courtroom when a judge told him he would be remanded to custody on an outstanding warrant.

Chief Criminal Deputy Dave Pimental tells us Eichelberger had 5 warrants when he approached the District Court 1 judge on Monday, asking for them to be squashed. When Eichelberger was asked to sit down, and told that he would be remanded to custody, he said he had to use the restroom and ran out of the courtroom.

Eichelberger is described as 6 foot, 200 pounds, with a muscular build and shaved head. Pimental said he now has a new warrant for Escape in the second degree.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office at (360)249-3711
