Tokeland, WA - Driving While Fatigued was the cause cited when State Patrol reports a 90 year old Tokeland woman left the roadway travelling southbound on State Route 105 and struck a utility pole. The collision yesterday afternoon knocked out power for 700 Grayland customers for about 6 hours while Grays Harbor PUD crews replaced the pole. The driver suffered a broken arm and was transported to Community Hospital.
